Forty years ago, sexual harassment was as

much a part of workplace culture as the tea lady. 

 

Nowadays the tea lady is gone but the sport of treating women workers like sex objects is not. ​Valerie has spent her working life being good and she sincerely regrets her meek passivity in the face of sexism and sexual abuse. ​ When her young colleague is fired for reporting sexual harrassment and a fellow commuter is stalked in the street,  Good Valerie decides it's high time for Bad Valerie to  step up - for other women, and herself.​
